I discovered my passion for exercise science in my early 20s while competing in amateur kickboxing. To support my training, I dove deep into fitness and nutrition. After an ACL rupture during my 7th year of competition, I studied sports injuries, rehabilitation, and strengthening programs.
This journey led me to earn a Master’s degree in exercise science and a massage therapy license. As a kickboxer, I trained newer fighters, incorporating corrective, mobility, and sports-performance work, sparking my love for teaching and injury prevention.
Today, at Quinntessential Fitness, we focus on strength, stability, and mobility. Our clients range from avid golfers and hikers to those simply wanting to feel better. Our mission is to build a strong, mobile foundation for all, enhancing their performance and daily life.

Coach
Maddy’s passion for fitness began at an early age when she was participating in youth sports performance training programs. Her sports background includes kickboxing, power-lifting, cross-fit and competitive rowing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree.
During her undergrad work, Maddy worked with chiropractic patients executing corrective exercise programs to facilitate their recovery and return to both sport and everyday activities. It was through this work that Maddy discovered the joy in helping others exceed their fitness goals safely and effectively.
As an intern with Quinntessential Fitness, Maddy further developed her program design capabilities and facilitated semi-private and small group sessions.

Thank you for helping me achieve my goal of increased mobility and strength. I started the program as my physical therapy (Knee Surgery) was ending. My goal was to continue to build strength and improve my overall mobility. My previous injuries had depleted my ability to live an active life style. You did a fantastic job listening to my goals and developing a plan to help me achieve those goals. I am now able to live life and be active.
I am truly thankful for your professionalism and help!!
