We offer a variety of classes, personal training and semi-private options to help you best meet your goals!

Our Fitness Programs

Personal Training

Our personal training programs begin with a consultation and assessment to determine where you are in your fitness journey.  From there, we construct a plan that will not only help you achieve your goals but help you overcome the obstacles that may have stopped you in the past or may present themselves in the future. Once we have developed your program it’s time to execute. This is where we guide you every step of the way to provide support and accountability as we work toward your goals.

Semi-Private Training

Our Semi-Private Programs are constructed the same way as our personal training programs, beginning with your consultation and assessment. The difference here is that we execute your program in the company of up to 3 others who are also working on their individualized programs.  This is a great option for those who enjoy training alongside others, but require personalized programming to achieve their goals.  

Small Group Training

Our small group training programs are circuit style sessions which include full body strength and cardiovascular exercise. These classes can accommodate up to 6 individuals so you still receive a significant amount of personal attention from the instructor.

Kickboxing

This is a Group class (up to 10 participants). In this class you will learn boxing and kickboxing skills and techniques and will have the opportunity to work with other class members and the coach practicing techniques on focus mitts and/or heavy bags.

Myofascial Therapy

Targeted myofascial, neuro-muscular and rehabilitative massage work intended to improve soft-tissue quality and enhance movement capabilities to support your training program and life.
