Maddy’s passion for fitness began through youth sports and grew into a lifelong commitment to helping others move better and feel stronger. With a background in kickboxing, powerlifting, and rowing, and a degree in Exercise Science, she’s dedicated to creating safe, effective programs that help clients reach their goals with confidence.

Noah’s passion for fitness started in high school through baseball and strength training, sparking his interest in how movement and mindset create results. With a degree in Fitness Wellness and certifications in Exercise Physiology, Nutrition, and Biology, he’s worked with everyone from older adults to athletes.
